- Supervise the entire Web Marketing team

- Evaluate and track online marketing initiatives
- Support marketing objectives and broaden company horizons
- Lead inbound marketing strategies with unique content
- Formulate best SEO and SEM practices
- Optimize conversion rates across all traffic channels
- Manage all aspects of online marketing strategies and ad campaigns
- Consistently test to optimize revenue results
- Drive SEO programs for high keyword rankings
- Develop and optimize email marketing programs
- Track and report key operational metrics
- Procure assets and apply web standards knowledge
- Manage online promotions and competitions
- Oversee monthly and daily online marketing budgeting
- Supervise editorial and commercial text creation
- Recommend and implement content changes for SEO
