E-Commerce Senior Merchandiser(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communications
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows and execution
- Ecommerce merchandising & category performance management
- Ability to manage Salesforce tools and search tools
- Ability to analyse sales, stock levels, sell-through and margin by category, collection and campaign
- Product content optimization and analytics-driven decision making
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience managing junior resources
- Strong attention to details and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Fluent English
- Results-oriented, proactive, execution-focused, strong sense of ownership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Positive attitude, collaborative team player, able to work independently
Tasks
- Translate market insights into compelling assortments
- Drive sales and brand growth through product strategy
- Ensure right product is in right place at right time
- Maximize customer impact and business performance
- Lead strategic product exposure across PLP, PDP, homepage, and landing pages
- Align product exposure with trading and brand priorities
- Balance visual storytelling with optimized product assortment
- Drive engagement and commercial performance
- Define and maintain assortment logic
- Define and maintain ranking rules
- Define and maintain navigation structures
- Support product discovery, cross-sell, and upsell
- Translate commercial calendar into onsite execution
- Ensure timely onsite execution of launches, campaigns, markdowns, and seasonal pushes
- Ensure consistent product hierarchy across desktop, mobile, and app
- Ensure consistent naming conventions across desktop, mobile, and app
- Ensure consistent categorization across desktop, mobile, and app
- Identify risks and opportunities in product performance
- Recommend tactical actions for merchandising, pricing, or content
- Optimize search functionality
- Optimize filters
- Optimize menus
- Improve product findability and conversion
- Ensure product content aligns with SEO best practices
- Ensure product content aligns with brand guidelines
- Review campaign imagery and product storytelling
- Review lookbook imagery and product storytelling
- Review email imagery and product storytelling
- Review onsite placement imagery and product storytelling
- Flag inconsistencies in campaign presentations
- Safeguard consistent product presentation
- Safeguard elevated product presentation
- Partner with Buying merchandising team
- Partner with Planning team
- Partner with Marketing team
- Partner with CRM team
- Partner with Retail teams
- Align digital product strategy with business objectives
- Work with Logistics to ensure product availability
- Work with Operations to ensure product availability
- Ensure accurate stock visibility online
- Collaborate with UX teams on enhancements
- Collaborate with SEO teams on enhancements
