- A few years’ experience as merchandise planner or similar role

Tasks
- Create and manage seasonal merchandise plans
- Utilize history, sales trends, and market information for forecasting
- Select and quantify assortments in partnership with Merchandising
- Drive the Category Open-To-Buy process for EMEA websites and marketplaces
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities to meet goals
- Build strong cross-department partnerships within the Planning Team
- Ensure alignment on DTC strategy, inventory levels, and forecasts
- Conduct regular business analysis, both planned and ad hoc
- Manage weekly and monthly merchandise reports
- Develop new reports as needed
- Assist or lead special projects to improve processes and business
