Requirements

  • Mandatory fluency in English and French
  • EU/EFTA national or valid Swiss work permit
  • 5-8 years experience in project management, client success, or consulting within financial services, fintech, or wealth management
  • Proven domain expertise in wealth management and investment advisory platforms
  • Strong background in platform implementation, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Experience defining and maintaining project governance frameworks
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Contribution to continuous improvement of methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and French
  • Highly valued relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or SAFe)

Tasks

  • Lead client onboarding and implementation projects.
  • Ensure project quality, time, and budget.
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure seamless communication and efficient coordination.
  • Develop and implement repeatable client frameworks.
  • Establish structured governance models with stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and objectives.
  • Tailor solutions and integration strategies.
  • Act as a trusted client advisor.
  • Guide clients on best practices.
  • Support clients through the full lifecycle.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities with Sales and Product.
  • Support solution design, proposals, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams.
  • Address client requirements and resolve issues.
  • Identify product and service enhancement opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance.
  • Track key project metrics.
  • Proactively drive project improvements.
  • Conduct client training sessions.
  • Create user training materials.
  • Prepare for Steering Committee meetings.
  • Participate in Steering Committees.
  • Present progress updates and recommendations.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to drive growth.
