Client Services Project Manager II - Distribution(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years project management or client-facing experience
• Experience in pharma environment (preferred)
• Advanced degree for limited experience candidates
• Previous experience in logistics or distribution

Tasks

• Support Senior Project Managers with smaller distribution projects
• Partner with clients to finalize study specifications
• Drive study setup and maintain filing systems
• Maintain accurate records within quality management systems
• Collaborate with senior staff to meet study requirements
• Coordinate internal and external activities for study initiation
• Use project planning tools to communicate critical milestones
• Build operational documents using internal systems
• Review billing packages and assist with financial forecasting
• Monitor daily project activities and customer-approved specifications
• Perform comprehensive needs analyses of target markets
• Communicate the company’s value proposition and solutions portfolio
• Lead projects efficiently across multiple systems
• Facilitate timeline alignment among cross-functional teams
• Resolve project issues through collaborative problem-solving
• Ensure clear and focused communication across all media
