Requirements
- Several years of experience in change management, organizational enablement, or transformation programs, ideally in IT, software, or professional services
- Excellent academic background, preferably from a leading university, ideally in business administration, business psychology, business informatics, organizational development, or comparable field
- Proven success in implementing and driving adoption of new processes, tools, or technologies in distributed and international teams
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, ability to engage convincingly and reliably across different organizational levels
- Structured, KPI-driven approach with focus on milestones, escalation paths, and measurable implementation success
- High affinity for digital and AI-driven ways of working, ability to make change understandable and foster acceptance of new ways of working
