- Advise VP-level and senior leadership as a trusted partner
- Lead a high-performing core transformation team
- Manage Agile Masters across the organization functionally
- Establish standards and governance for transformation practices
- Improve efficiency and quality using engineering expertise
- Accelerate time-to-market through process optimization
- Drive cultural change toward data-driven operational excellence
