Tasks
- Grow confectionery category and brands using commercial drivers

- Conduct shopper analysis for relevant channels
- Provide analytical support for the DCG process
- Conduct customer visits for the DCG process
- Drive customer planning to leverage commercial opportunities
- Ensure optimal commercial execution by building growth strategies
- Develop shopper insights for the category
- Initiate shopper studies with central team support
- Analyze shopper studies
- Provide recommendations based on in-store buying decisions
- Provide input on product assortment
- Provide input on planograms
- Provide input on pricing strategy
- Provide input on sales folders
- Promote shopper insights use within Marketing and Sales
- Develop channel intelligence
- Analyze data related to central team information
