- •Knowledge of GMP regulations and chemical analysis
- •Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- •Proficient in standard computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
- •Excellent written and spoken English skills
- •Willingness to travel approximately 40% within Switzerland

- •Discuss small molecule analysis services with customers
- •Provide needs-based advice in personal and digital meetings

- •Attend relevant conferences, trade fairs, and workshops
- •Collaborate on projects with partner laboratories in the Eurofins network
- •Update and maintain the customer database in CRM software
