- •At least 5 years of sales or business development experience
- •Relevant experience in API/generic pharmaceutical industry
- •BSc / MSc / PhD in chemistry, natural sciences, or chemical engineering
- •Proven ability to facilitate and negotiate contracts
- •Aptitude for social marketing and customer communication techniques
- •Experience maintaining CRM databases and forecasting applications
- •Driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- •High degree of resilience and determination
- •Strong communication skills
- •Ability to work with domestic and international colleagues
- •Approximately 40% travel required

- •Highlight Siegfried's drug product offerings
- •Formulate and implement New Business Development strategies
- •Conduct market research and analyze industry insights
- •Engage in social marketing activities to promote company offerings
- •Support client visits to Siegfried's global manufacturing sites
- •Coordinate with global and local departments to grow the business
- •Align with customers on requirements, forecasts, and orders
- •Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate new projects
- •Prepare and submit written proposals for new projects
- •Develop contracts with new customers
- •Monitor contract compliance and performance
- •Maintain long-term relationships with new accounts
