Requirements
- Degree in natural sciences (natural sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, etc.)
- Sales experience and passion for customer service
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and chemical analysis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in standard computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% within Switzerland
Tasks
- Acquire and develop customers in the pharmaceutical products sector
- Discuss small molecule analysis services with customers
- Provide needs-based advice in personal and digital meetings
- Prepare proposals for testing pharmaceutical products and raw materials
- Plan and organize sales activities to achieve sales targets
- Attend relevant conferences, trade fairs, and workshops
- Collaborate on projects with partner laboratories in the Eurofins network
- Update and maintain the customer database in CRM software
