Requirements

  • Degree in natural sciences (natural sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, etc.)
  • Sales experience and passion for customer service
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and chemical analysis
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in standard computer applications (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% within Switzerland

Tasks

  • Acquire and develop customers in the pharmaceutical products sector
  • Discuss small molecule analysis services with customers
  • Provide needs-based advice in personal and digital meetings
  • Prepare proposals for testing pharmaceutical products and raw materials
  • Plan and organize sales activities to achieve sales targets
  • Attend relevant conferences, trade fairs, and workshops
  • Collaborate on projects with partner laboratories in the Eurofins network
  • Update and maintain the customer database in CRM software
