- Business development or new client-acquisition experience
- Experience selling to or influencing C-level executives
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sale process
- Willingness to conduct travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent or native German
Tasks
- Seek out new business opportunities with organizations in your territory
- Drive initial client outreach to C-Level stakeholders
- Convert prospects into active Gartner clients
- Own the full sales conversation and negotiation
- Transition new clients to the account management team
- Align insights and tools to add value to partnerships
- Build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities
- Meet sales metrics and ensure KPI compliance
- Manage complex high-revenue sales across diverse environments
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and account planning
