Requirements

  • 4+ years B2B sales or recruitment experience
  • Business development or new client-acquisition experience
  • Experience selling to or influencing C-level executives
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sale process
  • Willingness to conduct travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent or native German
