Tasks
- •Identify and secure key target clients
- •Launch new client contracts
- •Build a wide network of clients
- •Deliver against the annual operating plan
- •Identify and pursue sustainable growth opportunities
- •Drive year-over-year revenue growth
- •Explain technical details to non-technical audiences
- •Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to implementation
- •Record and manage prospect activity using Salesforce
- •Align with internal stakeholders on new opportunities
- •Support the Account Management Team for successful client handover
- •Create and execute win and contact strategies for prospects
- •Collaborate with Marketing on data-led campaigns
- •Ensure market understanding of Assurant’s products and capabilities
- •Advocate for Assurant at business events
- •Analyze market trends and provide feedback to Product Innovation Teams
- •Communicate proactive ideas for market-driven changes
