Requirements

  • Senior background in R&D, Business Development, Project Management, or Customer Solution Management
  • Experience in developing PFS and injection devices
  • Experience with drug–device combination products
  • Knowledge of injectable products, delivery systems, and medical device commercialization
  • Understanding of contract reviews, pricing strategies, P&L, COGS, and pricing models
  • Experience managing external suppliers, technical quotations, and industrial specifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt relational style to different stakeholders
  • Results‑driven mindset and constructive assertiveness
  • Ability to thrive in complex or ambiguous environments
  • High international mobility

Tasks

  • Lead business development programs from concept to commercialization
  • Expand the pipeline with pharma and biotech partners
  • Develop actionable market intelligence on drug delivery trends
  • Translate pharma pipeline insights into strategic growth fields
  • Maintain expertise in primary containers and delivery systems
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams
  • Identify new opportunities with global pharma and biotech customers
  • Promote technical capabilities and the product portfolio
  • Guide customers through combination product development programs
  • Execute go-to-market strategies with product platform teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams through lead qualification and innovation
  • Develop commercial agreements and manage innovation projects
  • Cultivate partnerships across the pharmaceutical ecosystem
  • Represent the company at global industry conferences and events
  • Manage key accounts with strategic influence and trust
  • Expand relationships with senior decision-makers and consultants
