- •Serve as backup functional support for CFO tools
- •Troubleshoot and escalate issues with technical teams
- •Track technology licenses with procurement and product owners
- •Coordinate with shared services and international experts
- •Steer application maintenance performed by technical departments
- •Act as business analyst and project manager
- •Prioritize the workstream backlog and define use cases
- •Organize cross-departmental stakeholders for project delivery
- •Represent business interests during development efforts
- •Identify risks and dependencies across the end-to-end chain
