Brand Manager Oncology(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s in Marketing, Life Science or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Experience in Oncology ideally
• Experience with omnichannel activities and trends
• Strong communication, motivation, and teamwork skills
• Innovative, goal-oriented personality and self-motivation
• Problem solving and solution orientation
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to identify and understand market trends
• Understanding of Swiss healthcare environment and project management skills
• Fluency in German and English, French advantageous

Tasks

• Develop and execute local commercial action plans
• Localize global brand plans for the Swiss market
• Adapt global projects to meet local strategic objectives
• Drive cross-functional execution of stakeholder engagement plans
• Implement omnichannel engagement strategies for commercial projects
• Manage marketing projects with agencies from concept to implementation
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities for insights
• Collaborate across teams to support the product portfolio
• Provide product-related marketing training to the sales force
• Manage networks of consultants and agency partners
• Create external expert engagement strategies with commercial leadership
• Oversee monthly tactical budgets and financial reconciliations
• Manage the promotional materials review and approval process
• Lead product-specific segments of national and regional meetings
• Represent the company at national and international congresses
