Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Masters in Scientific, Medical or Healthcare field
  • •Substantial experience in biomarkers in clinical/diagnostic development or pharmaceutical/biotechnology R&D
  • •Prior People Management experience
  • •Comprehensive understanding of global Pharma Clinical development in international settings
  • •Experience managing large, matrixed organizations and developing high-performing teams
  • •Fluency in English with additional language skills as an asset

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Deliver on the Biomarker Operations strategy
  • •Architect and translate the overall biomarker operational strategy
  • •Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Scientific, and Data stakeholders
  • •Build and strengthen a cross-functional network of stakeholders
  • •Provide strategic biomarker operational leadership
  • •Stay updated on industry developments in biosample operations
  • •Implement new approaches and optimize operational processes
  • •Represent the Biomarker TA/DA Asset in scientific and operational teams
  • •Demonstrate collective leadership within the organization
  • •Engage in scientific review forums to influence biomarker strategies
  • •Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity
  • •Inspire and develop talent within the team
  • •Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback
  • •Manage 8-10 direct reports, including other leaders
