Tasks

• •Understand end-to-end operational business flows
• •Propose technical solutions for business and regulatory needs
• •Manage and monitor support tickets
• •Handle support tickets directly when possible
• •Coordinate with technical teams for ticket escalation
• •Participate in project implementations
• •Conduct functional and technical analysis
• •Assist in testing phases and go-live preparation
• •Administer and support core banking applications
• •Maintain satellite applications
• •Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• •Identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements
• •Implement best practices and automation
• •Define and monitor KPIs for system performance
• •Measure operational efficiency and service quality
• •Participate in internal and external audits
• •Provide documentation and operational support for audits
