Requirements
- •Degree in a health-related field with postgraduate qualification in Public Health or Project Administration
- •Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, public health surveillance, or health information systems
- •Proven experience in financial and contract management
- •Work experience with project management tools
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- •Experience working in sub-Saharan Africa and/or challenging operating environments
- •Knowledge of donor-funded health programs and global health architecture
- •Fluency in English
- •Fluency in French desired
- •Analytical Level 2

- •Monitor project deliverables, budgets, and timelines
- •Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
- •Support knowledge management and documentation of project outputs
- •Coordinate internal and external communications for project alignment
- •Compile information on health information and surveillance systems
- •Draft communications for senior management and stakeholders
- •Create briefing materials and summaries for meetings
- •Maintain accurate reporting on project implementation
- •Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of implementation progress
- •Generate evidence for strategic investments in future grants
- •Guide country engagement in GF strategy-aligned initiatives
- •Monitor co-financing requirements and advocate for sustainability
