  • MD preferred or advanced scientific degree with 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Experience in obesity, endocrinology, or cardiometabolic diseases (ideal)
  • Proven track record in Medical Affairs
  • Experience in pre-launch planning
  • Experience in scientific communication
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement
  • Solid understanding of clinical development pathways
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (EMA/FDA)
  • Solid understanding of real-world evidence generation
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

  • Partner with regional and affiliate Medical Affairs teams
  • Represent market and regional perspectives in global forums
  • Shape clinical development and communication strategies
  • Engage with thought leaders and academic institutions
  • Elevate the global narrative around obesity
  • Support RWE and data generation initiatives
  • Align with medical and access goals
