- •Working knowledge of project management principles in multicultural settings
- •Relevant experience in strategy management, process and performance management, and project management
- •Change management expertise with ability to deliver impactful changes
- •Experience managing and delivering on timelines with tight deadlines
- •Effective stakeholder management at operational and management levels
- •Experience preparing high-quality, professional documents for senior audience
- •Experience within multi-cultural and international environments
- •2-4 years relevant experience in transformations, organizational effectiveness, strategy, or performance improvement
- •Experience serving in a support capacity with Executive leaders
- •In-country work experience in LMICs/countries with programs supported by The Global Fund
