- •Prepare dashboards and steering committee materials for executive leadership
- •Facilitate cross-functional workshops to resolve conflicts and drive alignment
- •Conduct data collection and performance analysis for strategic initiatives
- •Perform impact assessments for various corporate projects
- •Support M&A activities through market intelligence and target identification
- •Assist with due diligence and post-merger integration processes
