Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or science-based disciplines
- •Strong academic track record and relevant internships in M&A, Corporate Finance or related fields
- •Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time experience in M&A, Investment Banking or comparable roles
- •Understanding of financial modelling, corporate valuation, analytical thinking and attention to detail
- •High motivation, resourcefulness and effective performance in dynamic transaction environments
- •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and analytical data tools
- •Excellent communication skills with fluency in German and English
- •Advantageous international exposure through exchange semesters or work experience abroad
- •Collaborative team player with positive mindset and interest in complex challenges
- •Skills in Business Valuations, Capital Raising, Contract Negotiation and Data Analysis
