- •Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or science-based disciplines
- •Strong academic track record and relevant practical experience through internships
- •Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time experience in M&A or Corporate Finance
- •Understanding of financial modelling and corporate valuation methodologies
- •Strong analytical thinking, structured working style and high attention to detail
- •High level of motivation, resourcefulness and effective performance in dynamic environments
- •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- •Confidence in using analytical and data tools
- •Affinity for digital and AI-based tools (Advantageous)
- •Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- •Fluency in both German and English
- •International exposure (Advantageous)
- •Collaborative team player with a positive mindset
- •Genuine interest in solving complex challenges
