- •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Familiarity with calibration software and tools
- •Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage
- •Certification in calibration or metrology is an advantage
- •Broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education

- •Perform calibration and verification of measurement and test equipment
- •Maintain and update calibration records and documentation
- •Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot equipment issues
- •Develop and improve calibration processes and procedures
- •Lead internalization projects across sites and develop calibration methods
- •Monitor and manage the calibration schedule to minimize downtime
- •Support internal and external audits with calibration data and documentation
- •Participate in training sessions on industry best practices and calibration techniques
- •Train calibration technicians on calibration methods and activities
- •Develop and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials
- •Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure quality standards
- •Implement methods for inspecting, testing, and evaluating product precision
- •Design and specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment
- •Conduct quality assurance tests and perform statistical analysis
- •Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and documentation compliance
- •Specialize in design, incoming material, production control, or product evaluation
