- •Project management, process management, requirements engineering (initial experience)

- •Experience in the medical technology field

- •Advise and support users in application and process management
- •Process malfunctions and errors reported by system users
- •Assist in creating customer-specific evaluations and statistics
- •Support planning of application releases
- •Communicate and coordinate with specialist departments
- •Collaborate on new release specifications, testing, and rollout
- •Ensure coordination between support centers and application developers
- •Prepare and collaborate on change requests for developers
- •Create, update, and maintain application operation documentation
