- •Proficiency in MS Office Suite

- •Support sales professionals with organizational tasks
- •Prepare and process internal and external meeting materials
- •Plan and coordinate business trips
- •Organize team events and correspondence
- •Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings using Concur
- •Prepare itineraries and logistics in Outlook
- •Process expense reports through Concur
- •Review, format, and assemble PowerPoint presentations
- •Answer phones and screen callers
- •Handle inquiries and provide backup for other administrative assistants
- •Assist with KYC/CDD processes
- •Perform other administrative tasks as needed
