Tasks
- Support RMs/TH in daily operations and client care
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide clients with relevant information
- Support RMs in implementing customized solutions
- Act as a role model for service quality
- Channel client feedback to relevant individuals/departments
- Support RMs/TH in client interaction and related tasks
- Customize client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings)
- Manage RMs/TH’s calendar and prepare client meetings
- Organize business trips and post-processing of client interactions
- Compile presentations and draft investment proposals
- Support marketing activities (client receptions, meetings, events)
- Ensure coverage during absences
- Collect and exchange relevant information
- Organize work efficiently and comply with regulations
- Inform superior timely and appropriately
- Conduct reviews and plan ahead
- Document work at all times
- Support implementation of projects and initiatives
- Propose professional input for improvements
- Manage expense claim process for RMs/TH
- Help manage risk (support first line of defence)
- Raise concerns and follow up on issues
- Escalate when in doubt
- Adhere to local regulations and internal policies
- Ensure timely clearance of pending items
- Address escalated deficiencies
- Ensure ethical and compliant behavior
- Document client interaction/orders correctly and meaningfully
