  • Create customized client reports and statistics
  • Coordinate calendars, business trips, and meeting preparations
  • Lead internal projects impacting account relationships
  • Share research and ideas to improve productivity
  • Propose process improvements based on daily observations
  • Manage expense claim processes for the team
  • Monitor risks and escalate compliance concerns
  • Adhere to local regulations and internal policies
  • Clear pending items and escalated deficiencies promptly
  • Document client interactions in CRM and internal tools
