- Good verbal and written German and English skills
- Proven track record servicing banking clients

Tasks
- Support RMs/TH in daily operations and client care
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide clients with relevant information
- Implement customized solutions for clients
- Act as a role model for service quality
- Channel client feedback to relevant departments
- Support RMs/TH in client interaction and related tasks
- Customize client requests for reporting, statistics, and mailings
- Manage RMs/TH’s calendar and prepare client meetings
- Organize business trips and post-processing of client interactions
- Compile presentations and draft investment proposals
- Support marketing activities and client events
- Ensure coverage during absences
- Collect and exchange relevant information
- Organize work efficiently and comply with regulations
- Inform superior timely and appropriately
- Conduct reviews and document work
- Support implementation of projects and initiatives
- Propose professional input for improvements
- Manage expense claim process for RMs/TH
- Help manage risk and raise concerns
- Follow up on issues and escalate when necessary
- Adhere to local regulations and internal policies
- Ensure timely clearance of pending items
- Maintain ethical and compliant behavior
- Document client interactions and orders accurately
Work Experience

Education
- Vocational certification
