Tasks

  • Support RMs/TH in daily operations and client care
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide clients with relevant information
  • Implement customized solutions for clients
  • Act as a role model for service quality
  • Channel client feedback to relevant departments
  • Support RMs/TH in client interaction and related tasks
  • Customize client requests for reporting, statistics, and mailings
  • Manage RMs/TH’s calendar and prepare client meetings
  • Organize business trips and post-processing of client interactions
  • Compile presentations and draft investment proposals
  • Support marketing activities and client events
  • Ensure coverage during absences
  • Collect and exchange relevant information
  • Organize work efficiently and comply with regulations
  • Inform superior timely and appropriately
  • Conduct reviews and document work
  • Support implementation of projects and initiatives
  • Propose professional input for improvements
  • Manage expense claim process for RMs/TH
  • Help manage risk and raise concerns
  • Follow up on issues and escalate when necessary
  • Adhere to local regulations and internal policies
  • Ensure timely clearance of pending items
  • Maintain ethical and compliant behavior
  • Document client interactions and orders accurately
