- Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency
- Willingness to challenge and improve existing processes
- Clear, direct communication with hiring managers and candidates
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and high expectations
Tasks
- Lead hiring for software engineering roles
- Partner with founding teams and leaders to attract talent
- Identify and attract high-caliber engineering talent globally
- Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles
- Build hiring pipelines using direct sourcing and referrals
- Drive hiring decisions with clear signals
- Keep hiring processes moving and remove delays
- Chase feedback and close candidates
- Redesign interview questions and scorecards
- Improve hiring bar through assessments
- Enhance recruitment speed, quality, and consistency
- Build employer presence through content and messaging
- Optimize candidate experience
Work Experience

- High school diploma
