- Higher education with technical/commercial focus
- Profound sales experience with strong negotiation skills
- Experience working with international customers
- Ability to handle complaints and issues
- Self-motivation and persistence
- Service-mindset
- Higher education (University, FH, TS or similar)
- Profound sales, acquisitions, and negotiation experience
- Several years of work experience
- Experience in a similar position (preferred)
- Very good SAP knowledge
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Drive and persistence
- Strong skills in motivating others
- Fluent English
- Other languages (e.g. German) knowledge (plus)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Tasks
- Ensure market penetration for GIS, GCB, and LTB services
- Lead sales teams in Local Service Units
- Train and share knowledge with local sales staff
- Collaborate with Product Service Center and World-Class Front End Sales
- Sell and develop the service portfolio for profitable growth
- Conduct proactive sales and marketing activities
- Define pricing for standardized and non-standardized services
- Prepare offers with customers and internal partners
- Understand and support customer requirements
- Provide customer support and consulting services
- Receive and act on customer feedback
- Solve customer requests and complaints promptly
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Analyze and report on market, competitors, and customer developments
- Monitor and close gaps in customer budgets and targets
