- •MCSA or ITIL certification is a plus

- •Provide comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support to front traders.
- •Ensure system availability and manage run-the-bank issues.
- •Handle releases to maintain seamless operations.
- •Support business colleagues in daily tasks and investigations.
- •Identify improvement areas and propose enhancement recommendations.
- •Participate in daily routines and ceremonies as part of an agile team.
- •Contribute expertise to quarterly Program Increment Planning (PI).
- •Serve as a liaison between the team, Central IT, and external vendors.
