- Manage 2nd level support for application issues
- Process incident tickets within SLAs
- Coordinate with incident managers and stakeholders
- Handle weekly 7x24 on-call duty
- Administer change requests for application processes
- Participate in weekend releases
- Engage in operational projects for existing and new applications
- Perform routine data cleansing
- Optimize and automate repetitive tasks
- Hand over tasks to L1 Control Center
- Maintain up-to-date application operation documentation
