Requirements
- •University degree or college diploma in computer science or equivalent work experience
- •Proficiency in English and German
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional consultant or similar roles in SAP QM
- •Background in quality management, logistics, procurement, or computer science
- •Experience with S/4 HANA private and public cloud edition
- •Experience with SAP QM, PP, MM and QM integration to decentralized EWM
- •Experience with SAP integration/interface projects and technologies like CPI, Idoc
- •High level of self-motivation, curiosity and hands-on mentality
- •Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
- •Identification and removal of obstacles and cross-functional conflict resolution
- •Collaborative, solutions- and customer service-oriented approach

Tasks
- •Serve as the primary contact for SAP QM in production, procurement, and logistics
- •Ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules like PP, MM, and EWM
- •Lead SAP QM aspects of the S/4 HANA Private Edition Migration project
- •Advise departments on SAP QM and support process optimization
- •Coordinate application strategy and implementation with Divisions and Group IS delivery
- •Collaborate on SAP QM rollout projects in Switzerland and China
- •Plan and implement SAP QM projects at the production plant in Baden, Switzerland
- •Represent Divisions and Functions in IS projects as application owner and process engineer
- •Ensure smooth operation of all applications and modules in your area
- •Maintain high data quality in collaboration with power users and end users
- •Strengthen the business organization and support power users in Quality Management
- •Assist in testing, documentation, and end user training
- •Analyze and optimize quality management processes for the Turbocharging Business
- •Identify improvement opportunities through new technologies or applications
- •Serve as a project member and main IT contact in related projects
- •Track trends and digitalization technologies to enhance process efficiency
- •Define application strategy and roadmap in collaboration with colleagues and suppliers
- •Consult the business during implementation of process optimization within IT applications
- •Manage projects at the workstream level and participate in process improvement initiatives
- •Build knowledge about Divisions and Functions business processes and application landscape
- •Continuously analyze and enhance quality management processes within Accelleron
- •Ensure structured evaluation of new applications, modules, and functions
- •Identify trends and technologies to increase process efficiency and value creation
- •Provide leadership to temporary work teams and externals, guiding task completion
