- •Strong technical expertise in engineering, business, systems development
- •Additional professional certifications (e.g. Salesforce Admin)
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in application management, development, or consultancy
- •Demonstrated expertise in managing the application life cycle
- •Ability to drive innovative solutions and streamline processes
- •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- •Deep understanding of regional differences
- •Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- •Fast understanding of complex business processes
- •Proficient in English; German is a plus

- •Serve as a specialist for the Salesforce platform
- •Consult on Salesforce and related applications
- •Test Salesforce applications and create training materials
- •Coordinate with partners on Salesforce platform development
- •Provide 2nd level support and troubleshoot Salesforce issues
- •Act as Salesforce administrator and support lead
- •Correct application malfunctions and errors
- •Oversee the system landscape of applications
- •Support business stakeholders with application needs
- •Inform users about malfunctions and planned interruptions
- •Collaborate on the specification and testing of application releases
- •Take responsibility for minor projects within the team
- •Contribute to maintaining quality and productivity
