Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline advantageous
- Solid professional experience in AOG desk or similar environment
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Mandatory negotiation level English skills
- Fluent Chinese or another language advantageous
- Solid knowledge in SAP SD, MM, and WM
- Solid knowledge in technical data like IPC and CMM
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Ability to multitask
- Enjoyment of working in diverse, international teams

Tasks
- Find alternative solutions for AOG situations
- Recover grounded aircraft worldwide
- Provide round-the-clock AOG spares support
- Manage unique and non-routine cases daily
- Satisfy material requirements 24/7/365
- Coordinate between customers and order processes
- Administer the complete customer order lifecycle
- Source and escalate spare parts orders
- Perform delivery follow-up for all orders
- Ensure on-time delivery of spare parts
- Utilize technical and commercial data
- Develop creative solutions independently
- Maintain high-caliber service under demanding situations
- Communicate effectively in English
- Provide positive and culturally aware service
