Tasks

  • Support a strategic Life Science customer
  • Partner with the Client Director
  • Position and sell the ServiceNow platform
  • Invest in existing customer stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Provide AI thought leadership
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Serve as a technical and domain expert
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify challenges
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Advise C-level executives and enterprise architects
  • Align platform capabilities with business outcomes
  • Design outcome-focused demonstrations
  • Articulate business value over technical features
  • Craft narratives using business storytelling
  • Connect customer challenges to solution architecture
  • Answer technical and product feature questions
  • Provide product enhancement feedback to management
  • Share best practices and reusable assets
  • Monitor competitive analysis and market differentiation
  • Support marketing events and executive briefings
