Tasks
- Support a strategic Life Science customer
- Partner with the Client Director
- Position and sell the ServiceNow platform
- Invest in existing customer stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities
- Provide AI thought leadership
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
- Serve as a technical and domain expert
- Lead discovery workshops to identify challenges
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Advise C-level executives and enterprise architects
- Align platform capabilities with business outcomes
- Design outcome-focused demonstrations
- Articulate business value over technical features
- Craft narratives using business storytelling
- Connect customer challenges to solution architecture
- Answer technical and product feature questions
- Provide product enhancement feedback to management
- Share best practices and reusable assets
- Monitor competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Support marketing events and executive briefings
