Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in German and English
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or performance marketing
  • Strong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Independence and motivation to manage a full sales cycle
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Active listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversations
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience in ad tech, social media marketing or performance advertising
  • Understanding of media buying KPIs (CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Vertical-specific experience (e.g., ecom / Shopify)
  • Creative pitching and storytelling (Canva)
  • Multilingual communication skills

  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Prospect and close advertising deals
  • Drive significant revenue growth in the DACH market
  • Act as a strategic consultant to advertisers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance
  • Identify and pitch advertising deals to meet quarterly targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to activation
  • Create qualified opportunities through high-volume outreach
