  • •Experience in matrix environments and Pharma/CDMO industry
  • •Familiarity with advanced planning systems and SAP IBP
  • •Effective communication and customer facing skills
  • •Collaborative teamwork and stakeholder influence skills
  • •Self-starter with high autonomy and self-learning
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • •Integrate demand and supply plans

  • •Assess resource and release requirements
  • •Identify project discrepancies and risks
  • •Develop alternative supply scenarios
  • •Recommend data-driven business decisions
  • •Align supply strategies with operations
  • •Present supply scenarios in customer meetings
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams
