  • Handle outbound sales
  • Manage product renewals
  • Process and manage high-impact customer orders
  • Maintain and update detailed customer records, including activity
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Convert leads into sales
  • Record, analyze, and report sales activities and trends
  • Develop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to close deals
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives
  • Manage a large quantity of smaller accounts
