Requirements
- •Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service solutions
- •Experience with enterprise-scale deployments
- •Expertise in application functionality, business deployment cycles, and account management
- •Project management experience
- •Self-motivated team player
- •3 years of consulting experience
- •Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience
- •Passion for cloud technologies
- •Communications background (nice to have)

Tasks
- •Lead new customer implementations of Staffbase
- •Manage project plans and resources for onboarding and growth phases
- •Develop deployment, change management, and adoption plans for each engagement
- •Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and efforts clearly
- •Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of core products
- •Understand customer use cases and apply best practices for implementations
- •Incorporate industry and functional best practices for advanced packages
- •Establish and oversee initial adoption and training for customers
- •Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation
- •Collaborate with Sales and CSMs to integrate Staffbase into client architecture
- •Identify growth and expansion opportunities with existing customers
- •Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback for improvements
