Requirements

  • •Experience as a technical consultant, implementation specialist, or developer
  • •Strong motivation for strategic client work
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • •Excellent presentation skills for business and technical concepts
  • •Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
  • •Good knowledge of web development, HTML/CSS, and at least one programming language
  • •Comfortable using command line or application logs
  • •Experience leading and crafting technical projects
  • •Experience working with Sales and Success teams, Consultants, and System Integrators
  • •At least 2-3 years of development, consulting, professional services, or sales engineering experience
  • •Ability to prioritize and manage time
  • •Experience with enterprise software and common integrations
  • •Knowledge about security and compliance in a SaaS environment
  • •Business-level proficiency in German

Work Experience

2 - 3 years

Tasks

  • •Engage with strategic customers to design technical rollout plans
  • •Conduct technical discovery workshops to assess business functions
  • •Translate findings into scalable and flexible Staffbase solutions
  • •Advise on integration implementations with systems like Microsoft and SAP
  • •Collaborate with Technical Specialists to customize client applications
  • •Guide customers on leveraging Staffbase APIs and SDKs
  • •Facilitate workshops with customer technical teams
  • •Develop technical deployment plans for customers
  • •Ensure seamless integration with identity management and SaaS products
  • •Assist in securely setting up the customer's Staffbase environment
  • •Identify and remove technical roadblocks for platform rollout
  • •Present technical information to various stakeholders
  • •Manage technical projects from inception to completion
  • •Foster connections with Product teams to advocate for needs
  • •Contribute to internal and external documentation
