- Commitment to learn other language
- National of CERN Member State
- Professional background in Acoustics, Vibrations or equivalent
- Master's degree with 2-6 years experience
- PhD with no more than 3 years experience
- Never had CERN fellow or graduate contract
- Valid driving licence
Tasks
- Contribute to the EnNoMoS project
- Design and deploy noise monitoring systems
- Ensure continuous 24/7 noise monitoring
- Upgrade noise monitoring infrastructure
- Interpret monitoring data
- Produce detailed noise reports
- Conduct noise surveys
- Gather actionable noise data
- Use acoustic software for noise modeling
- Lead noise studies
- Drive best practices and compliance
- Investigate noise complaints
- Raise awareness of noise issues
- Foster environmentally responsible research
