Tasks

  • •Maintain the invoicing process

  • •Scan and pre-capture paper invoices in VIM
  • •Review and correct VIM approval processes
  • •Send reminders for pending invoice approvals
  • •Perform final checks on approved invoices
  • •Prepare and release weekly payment runs
