Requirements
- Master's degree and 5 years sales experience
- Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or related field
- Technical knowledge of customer applications and workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
- Analytical and strategic planning capabilities

- Collaborate with cross-divisional partners and distribution channels
- Support customer planning sessions and business reviews
- Forecast the sales pipeline accurately using technology
- Establish key customer relationships to understand support needs
- Apply central messaging and value propositions to new products
- Train and empower divisional sales partners to sell services
- Maintain data integrity within the Salesforce CRM
- Submit weekly reports and marketing intelligence updates
- Ensure compliance with quality processes and business regulations
