- •Minimum 3+ years relevant SaaS work experience
- •Strong business acumen and data analysis skills
- •Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- •Organizational and time-management skills
- •Self-starter with willingness to learn and adapt
- •Ability to work independently and within teams
- •Knowledge of market research and negotiating principles
- •Experience in a high growth company (Advantageous)
- •Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing, or similar

- •Execute renewal contracts and upsell opportunities
- •Maintain and grow annual renewal rates
- •Establish strong relationships focused on client retention
- •Identify and close cross-sell and expansion opportunities
- •Collaborate with Customer Success teams to find growth
- •Provide insights to improve future client outcomes
- •Maximize total revenue while ensuring customer success
- •Articulate the company's value proposition clearly
- •Resolve customer issues and problems effectively
- •Develop comprehensive 'win' strategies for renewals
- •Negotiate strategies for medium and large accounts
- •Identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks
- •Drive renewals to on-time closure
- •Create innovative retention plans for escalated clients
- •Negotiate pricing and contract durations
- •Generate renewal order forms and proposals
- •Maintain accurate pipelines using Salesforce, Planhat, and Clari
