- •Communicate status updates and agency recommendations to clients
- •Distill and transfer client feedback to designers and copywriters
- •Prioritize workloads for the team and escalate issues when needed
- •Maintain a full understanding of clients' business and strategies
- •Advise on communication solutions to meet client needs
- •Build strong relationships with key clients through regular meetings
- •Ensure success criteria are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
- •Collaborate with the team to determine and test creatives across client channels
