Tasks

  • Manage mixed portfolio of business, leisure agencies, and local corporate customers
  • Identify and deliver revenue and share growth
  • Raise awareness of AA brand and network locally
  • Work closely with JB partners across the region
  • Manage marketing and promotional activities for trade and corporate accounts
  • Develop and implement structured account development plans
  • Analyze and provide data/account reviews for top accounts
  • Represent AA in the local country
  • Manage relationships with local CVBs and travel associations
  • Collaborate with JB partners to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Focus on customer performance through reporting and analysis
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners
  • Deliver high-impact presentations to senior management
  • Participate in targeted customer and community events
  • Prioritize time on revenue opportunities and account performance
  • Execute value-based selling and account strategy
  • Understand competitive landscape and ensure AA products are competitive
  • Work with AA and JB partners to achieve commercial objectives
  • Maintain expertise in AA and alliance products and services
  • Tailor market offerings to meet specific account needs
  • Communicate value to customers effectively
  • Engage and collaborate with AA Sales Service team
  • Conduct discussions to understand customer perspectives
  • Update AA Saleshub with account planners and activities
