Tasks
- Manage mixed portfolio of business, leisure agencies, and local corporate customers
- Identify and deliver revenue and share growth
- Raise awareness of AA brand and network locally
- Work closely with JB partners across the region
- Manage marketing and promotional activities for trade and corporate accounts
- Develop and implement structured account development plans
- Analyze and provide data/account reviews for top accounts
- Represent AA in the local country
- Manage relationships with local CVBs and travel associations
- Collaborate with JB partners to maximize revenue and profitability
- Focus on customer performance through reporting and analysis
- Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners
- Deliver high-impact presentations to senior management
- Participate in targeted customer and community events
- Prioritize time on revenue opportunities and account performance
- Execute value-based selling and account strategy
- Understand competitive landscape and ensure AA products are competitive
- Work with AA and JB partners to achieve commercial objectives
- Maintain expertise in AA and alliance products and services
- Tailor market offerings to meet specific account needs
- Communicate value to customers effectively
- Engage and collaborate with AA Sales Service team
- Conduct discussions to understand customer perspectives
- Update AA Saleshub with account planners and activities
